Some resources are held within password protected membership areas, in these cases Users with logins (‘members’) are granted a licence for the use of these for the duration of their membership period only, and are subject to these terms of use, the general membership terms and conditions and any specific terms and conditions related to services, contents or use of the site e.g. terms and conditions for competitions.

Users of the website agree not to change the characteristics of the existing brand/ logo/derivatives that could weaken, dilute, or undermine the visual consistency of the brand as a whole. However, nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Wastebuster is not responsible for the contents or reliability of the linked websites and does not necessarily endorse the views expressed within them. Listing shall not be taken as endorsement of any kind.

Access to certain areas of the website is restricted. Wastebuster reserve the right to restrict access to other areas of the website, with reasonable cause, at their discretion.

Wastebuster members/ Users are responsible for keeping Usernames and passwords secure and permitting usage.

It is intended only for the use of the individual or entity to which it is addressed. If Users receive an email in error, they should contact the sender immediately by returning the email, and then delete it (including any attachments) from their system.
